When Mark and Tina bought their brand new four bedroomed house in Luton over 24 years ago, they saw the potential and knew that one day they would want to extend it.

Leading a busy life, they didn’t seem to find the right time to realise their dream of a bigger home.  The opportunity came when the children flew the nest, which is when Mark and Tina contacted HET to see how we could help them make their dream a reality.

They had plenty of bedrooms but wanted to reconfigure their living space to create a gorgeous kitchen breakfast room where they could entertain friends and family.  They also wanted to convert the tired cloakroom into a plush new shower room.
