We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to provide business and administrative support for Hertfordshire's leading architectural design and project management company.
The full-time role will include:
Providing business support to Directors and Shareholders
Effective administrative management for busy shop and office in Hitchin town centre
Excellent customer response and liaison
Liaison and support for Project Director, design staff and customers
Be responsible for shop staff activities, admin assistants and casual/weekend staff
Be responsible for finance related tasks, invoicing, credit control, reports etc
The successful candidate will have experience of providing administrative support to business managers and customers and be interested in developing and growing the role within the business.
