WESTHILL, HITCHIN - LOFT CONVERSION EXTENSION
When Kirsty and Martin were looking to extend their home to make space for their growing family in Hitchin, they knew about our fantastic reputation and contacted us to find out how we could help them. Our Design Team visited them to discuss their requirements and find out what they wanted to achieve. They were delighted with the designs, and knowing we worked with only the best local builders, they gave us the challenge to turn the ideas into reality.
The sloping site provided a wonderful opportunity to showcase an outstanding social space on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen to rival the best. Upstairs the team created an en-suite bedroom with vaulted ceiling, and a new family bathroom. Outside, the huge new patio is accessed via full width folding doors. Another success story.
